Tonic Blend by Bloomable - Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps Extract Mushroom Powder Blend (60 gr)

Heard about benefits of Chaga and decided to try along with Tonic blend. This is Canadian, small family run business, which I would like to support.
As it says on the packaging "Benefits build over time", I hope the real benefits will come after at least one package used. Package seems well designed. It would benefit if dosing spoon is included as part of the package. It is easier than 1/2 of table spoon recommendation. 4 stars is only because I just started using with no changes seen yet, but no negative effects either.

I ordered this mushroom coffee by accident as I had intended to order the blend with ground coffee (which I love). Glad I made that mistake as I love this instant coffee blend as much as the ground blend. I find the taste to be similar to having a bit of hot chocolate in it - smooth, yet full-bodied. And it’s healthy to boot! I can’t drink regular coffee anymore. I tried and I no longer like the taste or the fact that it amps me up too much. Try either coffee blend and you won’t be disappointed!

I love the rich mushroom flavour and it makes me feel good. I’m a big fan!

I mix the tonic with my coffee but I see it does not dissolve completely. There are still a lot of the powder left after I finish the cup even though I kept on stirring. Also some of the powder, maybe because they are not fully dissolved, sometimes scratches my throat (it's like I feel the powder sticking to the back of my throat). Not sure what can be done to make it more soluble.
