I have been taking for approximately 3 to 4 weeks along with a powder I put in my coffee in morning . Honestly I have not seen any difference at this point . I have read it can take a month or more to see any improvement in cognitive changes . That said I will use again and see over 3 months if any changes have occurred and provide further update .
