The extract powder is finely ground and very easily measured for dosage. As far as the effects, they have been incredible. The taste was too bitter, not sure if I felt the benefits fully but has some effect

Hi Zuleyha! Sorry you didn't love the taste of the Reishi. The bitterness taste is actually from the triterpenes, an active compound in Reishi and one of the main reasons for all its healing effects. I love putting my Reishi in a hot cacao at night and sweetening it with maple syrup or honey to beat the bitterness. Hope that helps!

I noticed great results with my first dose which was taken just before bedtime. I slept better than I had in a long while. It mixed well with warm water and even though I like the taste alone, I often add my favourite squeeze of fresh lemon and grated ginger. I will buy it again 🌸
