Reishi & L-Theanine Hot Cacao

I found this brand after moon brew changed their ingredients. This cocoa is very rich and flavorsome. I drink it every night for a deep sleep and it helps a lot. I do add a generous pinch of salt plus a half tsp of sugar because I have a sweet tooth. It's extra delicious when mixed with a whole cup of whole milk, but I generally stir into hot water with a slash of half and half. Very yummy, calming and decadent.

I love having the hot cocoa after supper as it keeps me focused for some evening tasks yet it relaxes me so I can wind down! It’s just perfect!

This helps me sleep! I have a cup before bed, it doesn't take long before I'm sleepy. I am able to fall asleep easier both when I go to bed and when I wake up during the night, yet it doesn't leave me feeling drowsy or knocked out.

I find this cacao drink gives me a dessert - like but healthy finish to my evening. I feel relaxed after having it and never want anything sweet to follow.
